January, 2008 | Confraria Das Artes - Florianopolis, Brazil
I just got back from a spectacular week in Florianopolis Brazil. My brother Taye, our friends, actors Jay & Adam Harrington, their cousin Tim and I stayed in the lush town of Praia Mole and spent the week taking in the beautiful beaches, sites and sounds of Florianopolis. I was also fortunate to perform at Confraria Das Artes a hip nightclub, gallery and restaurant located in Lagoa Da Conceicao, Florianopolis. January, 2008 | Idina Menzel Remix On Warner Brothers Records
I've done a remix for Warner Brothers Recording artist Idina Menzel! If you haven't heard of Idina, you should know that in addition to being my sister in law she was an original cast member of the Tony Award winning play RENT alongside my brother Taye Diggs and she was the original star and Tony Award winner in the original broadway production, WICKED. Idina was also a featured actress in the movie Enchanted and she wrote and sang the closing song in the movie Beowulf. Both films are currently in theaters:-)

My brand new remix of her song "Gorgeous" is available to listen on the official Idina Menzel youtube site. The original version is featured on her forthcoming album "I Stand" due in stores on January 29th 2008. My remix of the track should be released on a single at the end of January on Itunes and in stores nationwide. Click the link below to check it out!

November, 2006 | "Daybreak" Premieres On ABC!
Wednesday November 15th my brother Taye Diggs will launch an exciting new series on ABC! The show is called Daybreak and it's a full on, action packed, tour de force! I'm really excited and proud of all the work my brother has done and after seeing the pilot you'll agree with me when I say that this show is some of the best work he's done yet! Now all I need is a dj cameo on the show and I can get my acting career in full swing;-)

September, 2006 | "Refresh" Launch
Sunday night, September 3rd I launched my own weekly radio show on Myspace and here at gabrieldiggs.com. The name of the program is Refresh and the show features the freshest Funk, Soul, Hip Hop, Downtempo & Global Grooves. Tune in for a new episode every sunday from 8pm-9pm. Each show will be available to stream, download, & podcast for a full week until the next program airs.

July, 2006 | "The Sounds Of Ibiza 2" CD Release!
This July Gabriel Diggs and Wil Mancia will release their second collaborative effort entitled "The Sounds Of Ibiza 2." The CD's release will be followed by a week long tour in Ibiza, Spain July 24th -31st. "The Sounds Of Ibiza 2" is a 2 CD set of the finest Latin & Progressive House. The release will be available at Amoeba Music & Backside in Los Angeles, CA. 

June, 2006 | The Public Theater NYC
I'll be in New York June 27th - July 5th to DJ a gala for The Public Theater. The Theater will be honoring Meryl Streep & Kevin Kline for their theatrical achievement and I've been extremely blessed to land the gig! I hope I'll be able to connect with all of my peeps in the Big Apple whilst I'm there. Its been a while since I made the pilgrimage west so it will be good to see some old friends again:-)

April, 2006 | Beatmania - Playstation 2
Gabriel Diggs has been selected by Konami and Playstation 2 to be the cover model for their new video game Beatmania! The game is set to be released this Spring 2006. In addition to appearing on the cover Gabriel will also be featured in a special ad that will preview the games release. Look for the ad in upcoming issues of BPM, XLR8R, and URB Magazine!

March, 2006 | "The Sounds Of Ibiza 2" Summer Tour Confirmed!
It's official! Gabriel Diggs and Wil Mancia will be returning to the island of Ibiza,Spain this July to tour in support of their second collaborative effort, The Sounds Of Ibiza 2. Delve Recordings and Los Angeles based Jointz Magazine teamed up to launch a brand new weekly club night: Soul Lounge. The event features guest permormances by the best of the best of Los Angeles most talented dj's & producers. Delve Recordings founder DJ Gabriel Diggs and Jointz writer & promoter DJ Ezentric will helm the weekly.

December, 2005 | Jointz Magazine
Gabriel Diggs and Wil Mancia appear in the December 2005 issue of Jointz Magazine. The magazine reviewed the duo's double mix CD "The Sounds Of Ibiza." The CD enjoyed a wide release and is being played in Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Amsterdam and the United States.

September, 2005 | Crunch
DJ Gabriel Diggs has established a residency at the world famous Crunch gym in Hollywood, CA! Crunch members will now be able to stretch, sweat, lift, and flex to the multifaceted sounds of one of LA's finest dj's every Monday from 4pm-7pm.

August, 2005 | The Sounds Of Ibiza Summer Tour!
DJ Gabriel Diggs and Pitch Perfect Music artist Wil Mancia traveled to the beautiful island of Ibiza, Spain this past August to promote their new double mix CD "The Sounds of Ibiza." The week long tour included gigs at Cafe Savannah and Sugar Sea in San Antonio and Fusion Restaurant in Eivissa. The duo is already hard at work on "The Sounds of Ibiza 2," the second installment in the "Sounds Of Ibiza" promotional mix series. An extended month long tour in support of the release is scheduled for the summer of 2006. Stay Tuned!

July, 2005 | The Speed Channel - Mitsubishi Eclipse
DJ Gabriel Diggs has been selected to review the 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse on an upcoming episode of "Test Drive," a show that airs on the Speed Channel (A FOX Sports Network). Gabriel has also liscenced one of his original music productions for the show to be played during his segment! The episode is called "Mitsubishi Test Drive" and will premiere on the Speed Channel on July 30th with 5 additional airings following to be scheduled. Please check your local listing for times!

August, 2004 | Groove Fitness
DJ Gabriel Diggs has been selected as the new resident DJ, thursdays at Groove Fitness in Hollywood. For those of you who don't know, Groove Fitness is a popular gym in Hollywood that features dj's spinning live music throughout the day. Imagine pumping iron or doing cardio to the latest funky house, hip hop and electro. Cool huh? Groove Fitness is a great alternative to the gyms that feature boring satellite broadcasts with limited musical selections. Leave the headphones, Ipods and CD's at home!
